Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with every stage of your project. Because our services are custom work carried out by real people, refunds depend on how much of the work has been completed. Your project agreement may add details for your specific services.

Before work begins

If you cancel before any work has started on your project, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid.

After work has started

• Payments for milestones that have already been delivered and approved are not refundable.
• For a milestone in progress, we refund the portion of work not yet completed, based on the time and materials already used.
• Fees paid to third parties on your behalf, such as ISBNs, printing, stock licenses, narrator fees or advertising spend, cannot be refunded once paid.

If you are not satisfied

Please tell us as soon as possible. We will first use the revision rounds in your agreement to put things right. If we still cannot deliver the agreed scope, we will discuss a partial or full refund for the affected work.

How to request a refund

Email [email protected] with your name, project details and the reason for your request. We reply within three business days, and approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10 business days.
