Your manuscript and confidentiality

Your work is yours. We never publish, share or reuse your manuscript or ideas without your written permission. Team members and contractors who work on your project are bound by confidentiality obligations, and we are happy to sign a separate non-disclosure agreement on request.

Sharing your information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with trusted service providers who help us run our business (for example email, hosting, payment and analytics providers), with publishing platforms when you ask us to publish on your behalf, or when required by law.

Text messages and calls

If you give us your phone number, we may call or text you about your inquiry or project, including with automated technology. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out or HELP for help. We never share your phone number or text messaging consent with third parties for their marketing.

Emails

Every marketing email we send includes a clear unsubscribe link and our mailing address, as required by the CAN-SPAM Act. Unsubscribing does not stop messages about a project you have hired us for.
